You enter the property from the cobbled lane to the front, into the hallway which leads to the open plan living area and kitchen, complete with comfy sofa seating and a large Freeview Smart TV, ideal for cosying up in the evening to was a good film on Netflix or Prime. The kitchen area is well appointed, so you'll have no problem cooking a meal unless you decide to pop out to the local Mardale Inn Community pub, less than a 5-minute walk away, for a bite to eat.
Off the living area is the double-glazed conservatory, with sofa seating, armchairs and an electric fire for the chillier months. This is a wonderful relaxing space with a good book or an afternoon nap. On the warmer days, open the French doors onto the garden!
