Fallbarrow Park Bowness is situated on the edge of Lake Windermere and a 3-minute stroll to Bowness-on-Windermere
The 5-star park includes a restaurant/bar, a beer garden and a picnic area, as well as sports courts, a shop and guest laundry facilities (fee). There’s also a playground. Pets are welcome in the park but do check if your chosen lodges accept dogs.
6-minutes walk away is Bowness and The World of Beatrix Potter attraction as well as a wonderful choice of quality restaurants, cocktail bars cafes and attractions. You can also hop on board one of the Lake Cruise boats and sail to Brockhole, Ambleside, Wray Castle or Lakeside (home to the Lakes Aquarium and Haverthwaite Steam Railway). Guests travelling by train from Glasgow or London, can alight at Windermere Train Station and catch a taxi or bus for the 1.5-miles journey to the park.
