We understand that no two owners are alike. So, we take time to understand what you want to achieve from your property and tailor our service to match, including a managed service if required.

We’re a small team that offers the same benefits as larger agencies but with a personal and flexible approach.

Every property we market is set up to match the owner’s requirements, e.g., arrival days, length of stays, pricing model etc.

We also believe that it is your property, so you should be able to use it as often as you like, so we don’t limit the number of owner bookings you can make.

No – We don’t charge setup fees or annual fees.

No – It’s your property. You can use it as much or as little as you like, although do bear in mind that the more you use it, the less revenue we can generate for you.

Yes, depending on your property’s location, we can provide various managed services in-house or by engaging one of the carefully selected local tradespeople we work with. For convenience, we’ll even pay the service provider’s invoice for you and deduct the costs from your monthly owner Payment.

  • Absolutely – The Government is introducing several new regulations and legislation that will affect short-term rentals in England, which can prove a minefield to navigate. We invest significant time in keeping current with these changes to share the information with Owners.
  • We are also Agency members of the Professional Association of Self-Caterers (PASC)
  • For most bookings, we pay Owners at the end of the month before the guests arrive.
  • There are some exceptions; for instance, a last-minute booking made to arrive in the same month will be paid to Owners at the end of the month of their stay.
  • We produce a detailed Owner statement itemising income from each booking, our commission, VAT and any expenses we have paid on your behalf.

Of course. While we will make recommendations, your property’s setup will be based on your requirements, which may include certain arrival days, minimum length of stays, minimum pricing, etc.
