On this level, there is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Upstairs again to the top floor and the third bedroom which has a Kingsize bed, skylight window both a desk and a dressing table. Also on this level is a shower room with restricted headroom shower enclosure.
Outside, there is one dedicated parking space, a secure garage with washing machine and dryer, and space for you to store bikes etc. The rear garden is enclosed for your furry friend (not guaranteed escape proof due to a small gap to the neighbouring garden) and gets plenty of sun throughout the day.
A nearby public footpath is great for stretching the legs and, just a few hundred metres up the road (no pavement), The Gateway Inn is a local popular pub serving food. All of Kendal's facilities and attractions can be reached on foot in around 30 minutes.
