Situated next door to the owner's house, in the rural village of Grayrigg, you're only 5 miles from Kendal Town Centre and 8 miles from Sedbergh, in the Western Dales.
The apartment provides fantastic self-catering accommodation for visitors looking to explore the Lake District and The Yorkshire Dales National Parks. The Dales Way walking route passes nearby, and plenty of walking routes are nearby.
The property has excellent road links to Sedbergh, known as the Book Town, Kendal and its wide choice of pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops and the hugely popular Windermere and Bowness where you can hop on board one of the Lake Cruises.

- Stones Throw's open-plan accommodation offers a double bed, a two-seater sofa (can be made into a sofa bed for a child by arrangement), a dining table, and a modern kitchen, benefiting from great views across the farmland and the Howgills.
- Kitchen facilities include an electric oven & induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster & kettle and plenty of cupboard storage. A tumble dryer is available if required.
- Shower room with walk-in shower, loo and basin.
- Fitted wardrobe for storage.
- Outside patio area to the front with seating and hanging space for drying walking gear. There is a lawn garden to the rear (shared with the owners who live next door).
- Bed linen, towels and WiFi included.
- A travel cot is available on request.
- There is parking space for one vehicle and secure storage for bicycles. Additional parking is available on the street.
- Dogs are not permitted.
- A minimum of a two-night stay applies.
- 1-night stays for walkers by arrangement.
- Guests are welcome to use the garden and garden furniture. However, please note that the garden is shared with the owners who live next door.
